RPG-a-day 2016: Day 2

The RPG-a-day project is a series of roleplaying questions to answer on social media. I have decided to join the fun this year. The host is the Brigade Con blog, where you can find the large image with the full list of questions.

Day 2

What is the best game session you have had since August 2015?

After such an easy opening question, this one is much harder. I love our game sessions. I am blessed with such creative Players, it is difficult to pick a highlight. Limitations with my memory also cloud the issue. Looking back, there have been so many moments of drama, and lots of laughter. However, I must choose a highlight.

My best game session since last August was played February 20th, 2016. This session was the finale for the Sigil PD campaign. Here the Heroes confronted the growing chaos cult in a pocket-dimension maze. The villain was revealed to be a corrupted Hero from a previous session. In the final battle with the infinity worm, dramatic dice-rolling conspired to trap the Heroes in the maze as a huge act of self-sacrifice. This was a thrilling end to the campaign.
