Last Week: Week 196

Further back, in November 2016, I noted the state of my prep for the Basic D&D game I sometimes run for the boys. The long blog post for week 171 was a presentation of the method for setting exposition highlighted in 7th Sea by John Wick:

Winding back another year to 2015, I noted the looming deadline for the May round of the Warlock’s Journal. My long blog post for week 93 was another Blog Carnival essay. This presented a hidden temple complex, inspired by a cool image I found online:

Three Years ago: Week 41

Finally, we reach 2014, where I promoted the Wield kickstarter, the second game from John Wick to appear this week. The feature article for week 41 was the original article about brainstorming with Players. This has subsequently been Updated, so I refer you to the newer version:
